The range of services includes structural steel engineering, bridge construction, noise protection and contract manufacturing.
Rädlinger Maschinen- und Stahlbau GmbH which was founded in 1988 is now integrated into the high-performing Werner Rädlinger Group with eight national and international locations. Apart from the business areas machine construction and steel construction, the company group acts in the fields of trenchless pipe rehabilitation (Primus Line), vocational training (BBZ Berufsbildungszentrum) and electrical engineering (Rädlinger energy).
Josef Rädlinger sen. laid the first stone in 1963, starting his entrepreneurial activity in the building industry. With the central idea "Nothing is impossible" and one single rear dumper with two axes, Rädlinger's success story started more than 50 years ago. The constant exploration of new branches and business segments led to the continuous development into a successful company group, from which emerged the Werner Rädlinger Group in 2019.

Three new in-house developments are presented at bauma: The Rädlinger digging bucket X-TREME, the Rädlinger quick coupler HS X-TREME and the Rädlinger digging bucket with cylinder.
2021
Johann Stopfner becomes the new managing director: The 59-year-old manages the business of Rädlinger Maschinen- und Stahlbau GmbH together with owner Werner Rädlinger.
2019
Reorientation of the Rädlinger Group under company law with the foundation of the Werner Rädlinger Group.
Change of name to Rädlinger Maschinen- und Stahlbau GmbH.
2018
Expansion of the production and storage area to 27,000 m² for the series production of excavator buckets and wheel loader buckets with connected logistics centre in Schwandorf.
2012
The Rädlinger company group receives the "Großen Preis des Mittelstands" (Grand Prix of Medium-Sized Businesses).

Expansion of the production area to 17,000 m².

Establishment of the structural steel engineering department.
1996
Rädlinger Maschinen- und Anlagenbau begins with the construction of gas pressure regulating stations. In 2002, the business field is relocated: with the experience and contacts, the Rädlinger primus line GmbH is built up.

First presentation at bauma: We present the ditch cleaning bucket with tilt motor.
